When one thinks of Canada, typical thoughts may include Mounty's, Snow Caped Mountains, & possibly Caribou (the 1st Cousin to the Moose ;) However, our experience these last few months has been very different. We encounter more Asian peoples, to the point where entire grocery stores specialize mostly in Asian products and it is hard to find groceries that we are accustom too. Also, the writing is in Chinese Characters, so it is hard to know what it is you are purchasing, if you don't know how to read Cantonese, Mandarin, etc. And the products that do have an english translation, don't always make perfect sense. Same goes for People groups of India. Entire food markets and retail stores carry items that are India specific and again, if you can not read urdu, hindi or punjabi, purchasing products can be quite a task.
