Farewell BC

It is our final night here in Canada and the emotions are bitter-sweet.  We have formed some wonderful friendships with locals over the past few months and it was hard to say our final goodbyes...or as I like to say "see you later's" because it is easier to digest ;) However, at the same time, we are excited and thrilled at what is to come :)

Requests

Please Lift Us Up as we will be traveling for the next few days.  We have some long flights and layovers and we ask that you would remember us.  We Ask for smooth travel and that Hudson would be as comfortable as possible. 

We also Ask that you would Lift Up our families, as the realities of "everything" is setting in. 

City of Bhangra

We had the privilege of attending the "Greater Vancouver Area's City of Bhangra Festival." You may be  asking yourselves, "What is Banghra?" Well, let me clarify :) It is defined as "a type of popular dance music combining Punjabi folk traditions with Western pop music, fusing traditional drum-based music with elements of reggae, raga, hip-hop, soul and dance."

So to some it up, think Loud Dance Music in another language that pumps you up and makes you want to get up and move ;)

There were so many performers to watch on stage, ethnic foods to try, and children's activities to enjoy. Not to mention all the free "SWAG" (Stuff We All Get ;)

Requests

Please Life Up our visa situation; we still have not received word on whether or not we have been approved for the specific ones we applied for as a family.

Also, we will be leaving our current home, (regardless of whether we get the visas in time or not) in a few weeks, so please Ask that we will get everything in order before its our time to move out :)
